From DC to the Gables

Fiola Miami, the second outpost of Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Fiola in Washington, D.C., has opened at 1500 San Ignacio Ave., in Coral Gables. Fiola Miami is open for lunch and dinner with contemporary interpretations of Italian regional classics. Since 2011, chef Fabio Trabocchi and his wife/business partner, Maria, have built a culinary empire in Washington that includes Fiola, Del Mar, Fiola Mare and two locations of Sfoglina Pasta House.
