Grammy winner buys Miami home for $3.4 million

The longtime Miami resident, who creates music at the family’s private Lion’s Den Studios, recently bought a Homestead mansion for $3.4 million.

The sale included two properties totaling 5.6-acres. The property at 27440 SW 187th Ave. has features main home, two guest houses and a total of 7 beds/8.5 baths. Surrounded by landscaping with a unique flowing river filled with Koi fish, the property also features a media room, pool, summer kitchen, tennis court, volleyball, basketball half court, arena, gym and a four-car garage.

Marley was represented by Shana Santalla with Lifestyle International Realty. The home was sold by Chad Carroll with Compass. Check out photos of the impressive property below.
