HANDY/H.O.M.E.S., Inc. Raises Over $130,000 During Annual Homecoming Event

The funds will help benefit the nonprofit’s youth programs

HANDY/H.O.M.E.S., Inc. generated over $130,000 during its 6th Annual Homecoming event to help fund its mission of providing educational scholarships to local youth. The fundraiser was held at The Venue in Wilton Manors, with attendees enjoying entertainment, music, silent auctions, horse d’oeuvres, food stations and specialty cocktails at the adult-only soirée.

Active members of the local community who were nominated to the 2022 Homecoming Court raised over $75,000 to support the HANDY/H.O.M.E.S., Inc. mission through their individual campaigns. Julie Blackmore – Holland & Knight and Jeremy Dover – Demesmin and Dover, who raised the most funds, were crowned the Homecoming King and Queen during the event.

Event sponsors included Hypower, JM Family Enterprises, Holland & Knight, Bowman, Broward Health, Holman, CPR Foundation, Florida Pavement Services, Funky Buddha, Daszkal Bolton, Hardware Muzyk and Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Canyon.
