Kaufman Lynn Construction Reaches Milestone at Boca Raton Brightline Train Station Project

Kaufman Lynn Construction (KL) recently celebrated the topping of the new Brightline Train Station project in downtown Boca Raton. The project on the 1.8-acre site will feature a passenger station with an 8,400 square feet concrete structure housing the security area, market space, seating area, lounges and a large 12,900 square foot concrete platform. The on-site 4.5-level, 171,000 square foot parking garage features approximately 455 spaces, including 64 slots for the adjacent library. The site will also offer 12 electric vehicle parking spaces, bicycle spaces for long-term and short-term storage and six convenient drop-off parking spaces in front of the train station. A service yard and access road will also be constructed to streamline station operations. Construction on the Brightline Boca Raton Station is expected to be completed by the end of2022.
