Late Celebrity Designer Lorraine Letendre’s Ten Museum Park Condo Is Listed for $4.5 Million

The late Miami Beach renowned interior designer Lorraine Letendre’s three-story Tower Suite residence is listed for $4.5 million. The property at 1040 Biscayne Blvd, #4203 boasts ocean, city and bay views in downtown Miami’s Ten Museum Park condominiums. Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber of The Jills Zeder Group, represent the seller.

The 3,986-square-foot Tower Suite spans from the 42nd to 44th floors, with the main level sitting on the 42nd floor. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half-bathroom. The first floor includes office space and a second kitchen. It also features 20-foot-high dramatic ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing abundant natural light. Sliding glass impact doors open to a sprawling balcony, providing picturesque bay and city vistas.

One of the highlights is a private pool offering a taste of outdoor downtown Miami living. Additional features include custom millwork throughout, lime-based plaster walls and ceiling, concealed flush doors, Lutron automated lighting control and automated draperies, whole house drinking quality water filtration, and an additional sound-insulated principal bedroom ceiling.

“Situated in the sought-after Ten Museum Park, this chic residence in the sky offers incredible views and access to all that downtown Miami has to offer,” Eber says. “Steps away from the new Museum Park, it represents the ultimate waterfront city lifestyle.”

Ten Museum Park is a minimalist-designed luxury building offering 5-star service, including 24-hour concierge service, valet, state-of-the-art fitness center, wave pool, yoga, cycling and a steam room with spa.

During her career, Letendre designed interiors for many notable celebrities and curated the residence’s interior design. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest and other top design publications. She established her design services more than 40 years ago.

“This gorgeous 3-story residence, beckoning with incomparable water, city and bay views, is a downtown Miami masterpiece,” Hertzberg says of The Jills Zeder Group. “The best part of the residence is that Lorraine Letendre herself meticulously designed every single detail in it. With an open design, the home boasts the most upscale appointments and is a wonderful find for the luxury buyer who desires the best of Miami living.”

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran.
