Lee & Associates South Florida Brokers New Investment Sales Transaction in Fort Lauderdale

Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena represented the buyer and seller in the off-market $7.595 million industrial deal

Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena continued their impressive run of dealmaking with a new off-market investment sales transaction in Fort Lauderdale. The duo represented the buyer and seller in a $7.595 million industrial deal that closed on Feb. 11.

Bridge Logistics Properties acquired the 1320 NW 65th Place property from Blue Floor LLC. The 1.74-acre property is home to a 36,247-square-foot single-tenant industrial manufacturing facility located in Fort Lauderdale.

Building features include 6,800 square feet of office/showroom heavy power for manufacturing capabilities, two dock height loading doors and two oversized street level doors.

“The opportunity was brought to us during the Christmas break, which made negotiating the final deal points suspenseful at times while several other investment groups were circling,” Milopoulos said. “I’d like to thank the ownership group of Blue Floor LLC, as they were great to work with throughout the transaction and certainly understanding when needed. In addition, Mac Lee and his team at Bridge gave the opportunity the attention it needed while juggling several other large out-of-state deals.”

Milopoulos added that he and Baena “are currently working on two other assets for this client on Florida’s West Coast, so we’d encourage anyone that might interested in acquiring two similar size buildings to reach out. Alternatively, if you own a similar asset in Southeast Florida and would like to speak about the market or valuation, please reach out anytime.”

Milopoulos and Baena have more than 20 years of development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation experience in South Florida. They joined Lee & Associates South Florida in 2023, with Milopoulos heading up the firm’s Broward County industrial activities out of its Deerfield Beach office, and Baena working out of its Miami office.

The duo closed on over 150,000 square feet of sales and leases in 2024. They collectively work together representing clients in dispositions and generating investment sales opportunities throughout the tri-county area.

“We applaud Greg and Christian on another successful investment sales transaction,” Lee & Associates South Florida President Matthew Rotolante said. “They consistently overcome broader market challenges and the scarcity of listed inventory to identify off-market opportunities for their clients. We are excited to support Greg and Christian’s 2025 activities with our unmatched platform and national referral network.”
