LoanDepot CEO Purchases Miami Penthouse for $19.5 Million 

Anthony Hsieh, the founder and CEO of California-based mortgage lender loanDepot, became the latest wealthy California buyer to obtain real estate in South Florida after purchasing One Thousand Museum Unit 5201/5202 for nearly $20 million. The location at 1000 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami was sold by Anna Sherrill, a realtor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive sales and marketing brokerage for One Thousand Museum. The residence features 10,353 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms.
