Diners can also enjoy an after-brunch experience.

Those looking for a new, laid back and unique brunch experience are in for a treat at Mezze at Hilton West Palm Beach. Let’s just say that you will come for the food and stay for a unique experience meant to elevate your Sunday Fundays. As you walk into the elegant hotel, you’ll be greeted by a very relaxed vibe and gorgeous scenery. And so much more that will leave you energized and ready to take on a new week ahead.

Boasting an elegant aura, as well as beautiful décor and indulgent brunch menu, Mezze’s Lazy Sundays experience is meant to relax and invigorate those who visit.

While Lazy Sundays has been a part of the restaurant and hotel for a bit, the event and experience has now been revamped in a way that even those who have visited Mezze’s brunch before will find themselves immersed in what seems like a new experience on its own.

Think of the type of fun that encompasses everything, from food to fun, in a place that feels like a true escape. This is what you will get when you visit Lazy Sundays. It’s truly a perfect place to end the weekend and to spend time with special people.

Hilton West Palm Beach Brunch

Mezze does not only offer fresh and local fare with Mediterranean flavors, but the food is excellent and prepared with care. It stands on its own and represents the variety and personality of the restaurant. The chef takes pride when it comes to creating delicious food for those looking to elevate their Sunday brunch experience.

And when you’re there, prepare to share. Come with a friend or special someone, because the food is meant to be enjoyed by more than just you. Or, maybe you just want to keep it all to yourself? That’s a personal choice.

This of the menu as one full of classics, and many with a delightful twist. The menu includes shareables such as Avocado Toast with Crispy Prosciutto ($19), Churro French Toast ($18), Saganaki & Candied Bacon ($20.) We recommend not leaving without nibbling on the bacon, for example. It’s as sweet as it is crispy, and its presented and smoked right in front of you at your table.

Now let’s discuss the delicious entrées offered at Mezze. These include the Chicken & Croffle (croissant waffle) ($18), Short Rib Hash ($20), Shakshuka($19), and a selection of Omelets ($22.) It’s hard to pick just one dish, so we recommend sharing as well, so you can truly get to enjoy the Mezzedining experience.

And please do not leave without a beverage. In fact, isn’t that a big part of a lazy Sunday brunch? It is.

Mezze offers yummy libations, including a Mimosa Flight ($26), Frozen Espresso Martini ($16), Passionfruit Margarita ($18), and much more. The knowledgeable servers will recommend what you should try, and there are also wines and beers to choose from.

Oh, and don’t worry about parking. And maybe you should just bring your bathing suit. The Lazy Sundays experience doesn’t end with the end of brunch. It continues right after since the hotel offers a pool party afterward from 12–4 p.m. and free valet parking throughout the whole time that you are enjoying yourself at the Hilton West Palm Beach.

So, make sure to take some time to enjoy yourself and visit. You won’t regret it, especially when you exit the property a little bit more relaxed and happily full, thanks to the delicious food. It’s a great place to enjoy your Sunday.

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
