Lucid Motors, an innovative luxury electric vehicle company, will occupy nearly 23,000 square feet along Miami Worldcenter’s 1st Avenue and 10th Street, where it plans to open a multi-use facility which will include a Lucid Studio, a service center, and a delivery center for the Lucid Air electric sedan and future models. Finally, Bowlero is making its Downtown Miami debut at Miami Worldcenter, bringing the best in bowling, arcade games, epic eats, live entertainment and nightlife venues, and exceptional events. The retro-inspired brand will occupy more than 31,000 square feet within the development’s glass-encased Jewel Box retail building overlooking World Square Plaza.
