Original Penguin Store Now Open at MIA

Miami International Airport travelers can indulge in even more shopping now that MIA introduced the Original Penguin store in the North Terminal Marketplace.

The Original Penguin store is a subsidiary of Miami-based Perry Ellis International and offers a mix of American sportswear and contemporary fashion.

The store can be found in the North Terminal Marketplace located between gates D-26 and D-29 alongside dining options such as the new Estefan Kitchen and Half Moon Empanadas.

“Adding an iconic local brand like The Original Penguin is part of our overall concession plan to give travelers a sense of the destination without leaving the airport,” said Miami-Dade Aviation Director Emilio T. González.

MIA is known for providing guest a great shopping experience. In March, MIA won Best Airport for Shopping in the USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for its overall retail program.
