Prior to joining KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC), I was a Certified Public Accountant for 25 years, working with real estate developer and non-developer boards of condominiums and homeowner associations. I joined KWPMC in 2012 and over the years have worked with our team to develop our culture, hospitality program, Value Optimization Department and grow our Company. I oversee all areas for our developer clients including budgeting and pre-opening operations.

Fun fact: I started snowboarding when I turned 50.
How do you unwind after a long day of work? Walk with friends.
What challenges have you faced in your career, and how did you overcome them? Starting out, my career path was mostly dominated by men. I gained respect from my fellow colleagues by talking about sports.
What has been the most monumental moment of your career thus far? Joining KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING and given the opportunity to develop different areas of a young company.
Who are your role models? My mother. She always had a smile on her face and taught me to enjoy life and laugh a lot. She instilled in me that I could do anything I wanted.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten? Be comfortable with yourself and be a good person.
What advice would you give a young woman at the start of her career? The same advice I would give a young man. Work hard and do your job with integrity, honesty and transparency. Enjoy what you do!
How does being a woman has impacted your career? During the early part of my career I had to work harder to prove myself in the CPA world. I believe it made me work harder to achieve my goals.
