Private Directors Association Launches South Florida Chapter in Broward

The Private Directors Association (PDA) recently launched a South Florida Chapter to help grow its membership of individuals serving on private company boards. The PDA is a national association focused on the success of private company boards, directors and advisors. The organization launched in 2014 and now boasts 20 chapters with over 3,000 members. 

Its mission involves enhancing private company value through high-functioning boards, advocating for and teaching board formation, creating a national network of directors, executives and private company owners interested in board leadership and supporting the increase of diverse and inclusive boards.

Individuals interested in pursuing a career in board leadership can attend a monthly new member webinar or an in-person chapter meeting featuring education and networking opportunities. The next opportunities include:
