This uptick in popularity at Reach and Rise Signature Residences also coincides with Brickell City Center reaching 100% leasing capacity to surpass pre-pandemic sales volume numbers.
Prices for units at the property located in the heart of Miami’s financial district start at $3.95 million. Seven penthouses top off the $1.05 billion-dollar mixed-use development, which features top-of-the-line amenities and premier residences.
The luxurious penthouses include custom furnishings and a variety of three-to-five bedrooms floor plans designs. Upgraded appliance packages and panoramic water views are also available.
