Real Estate Company Secures Four Law Firm Office Leases in Boca Raton

The offices are at the Eighteen Zero One and Boca Corporate Plaza buildings.

PEBB Enterprises recently completed lease agreements with four law firms at two office buildings in Boca Raton. DarrowEverett LLP and Hersh Kirtman, PLLC secured office space at PEBB’s Eighteen Zero One, while Kogan & DiSalvo and Troy Legal, PA, signed office leases in Boca Raton at Boca Corporate Plaza.

DarrowEverett, a comprehensive business law firm based in New York, has extended its presence to Boca Raton by securing a 2,866-square-foot lease at Eighteen Zero One. Additionally, Hersh Kirtman, a Boca Raton-based law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice, has leased 2,296 square feet in the same building.

Kogan & DiSalvo, a personal injury law firm with over 10 offices in South Florida, the Treasure Coast, and Southwest Florida, has leased 4,707 square feet at Boca Corporate Plaza. Additionally, Troy Legal, a firm specializing in family law, has leased 1,720 square feet in the same building.

At 1801 N. Military Trail, Eighteen Zero One is a three-story, 61,188-square-foot multi-tenant office building boasting one of the area’s highest parking ratios at 5.43 spaces per 1,000 square feet. The property includes a 280-space structured parking garage, a rare amenity in Midtown Boca, and 52 surface parking spaces. In 2021, PEBB purchased Eighteen Zero One and has since renovated the building’s lobby, common areas, bathrooms and landscaping. Constructed in 1999, Eighteen Zero One is also home to tenants such as Cozen O’Connor, P.C., First Horizon National Bank and Morgan Stanley.

Boca Corporate Plaza is a six-story, 86,132-square-foot Class A office building with convenient access to Glades Road and Florida’s Turnpike. The building has undergone extensive upgrades to its lobby and common areas and is conveniently situated next to the Hilton Hotel, as well as various restaurants and shops.
