Salumeria 104 has introduced its rustic charm to Broward County with the recent launch of this authentic Italian restaurant. Spearheaded by the Graspa Group, one of the leading restaurant management companies in South Florida, the Weston location at 1370 Weston Rd. will offer its famous salumi tastings, artisan wood-fired pizzas, homemade pasta, and modern takes on classic Italian meat and seafood dishes. This trattoria-style eatery reflects Chef and Co-Owner Angelo Masarin’s rich Italian heritage.
Salumeria 104 in Weston spans 4,000 square feet and reflects the inviting design found at its sister locations, capturing an Italian household’s warmth and natural charm. The dining area can seat 60 guests, and there’s a full bar with 16 seats and a private room for 50. The space is adorned with black-and-white photos reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s Italy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that transports diners to a cozy kitchen in the Italian countryside, where the “la dolce vita” (the sweet life) is celebrated. The interior boasts earthy tones, bright white subway tiles, handcrafted wooden tables paired with Italian straw chairs, and a visible wood-fired pizza oven and slicing station for guests to admire while they dine.
“As soon as guests enter Salumeria 104, they immediately feel a sense of community,” Masarin says. “We’re very excited to expand Salumeria 104 to Weston and bring our Italian passion and culinary expertise to the area. Locals and visitors alike can expect a casual-chic Italian trattoria experience, complete with friendly service, authentic recipes and consistent quality.”
