Tal Aventura Releases First Look at Interiors and Amenities

Tal Aventura, a luxury living building offering a selection of customizable lanai and penthouse residences, released the renderings of its 86 units ranging from two to five bedrooms spanning from 1,245 square feet to 6,200 square feet. 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions are the developers of the 26-story property at 2785 NE 183rd St., with architecture and interiors imagined by internationally acclaimed IDEA Architects and IDDI.

Featuring architecture and interiors imagined by internationally acclaimed IDEA Architects and IDDI, the building will showcase outdoor living spaces and private elevator entry–with the majority featuring four-to-five bedrooms–emulating a home in the sky.

Residents will enjoy an array of luxury, family-focused amenities and green spaces across over 50,000 square feet.
