Tambourine Room at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort Launches New Menus

The one-Michelin Star restaurant sources local and seasonal ingredients carefully selected from farms around South Florida.

New menus have just been launched at the Tambourine Room at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. This intimate 18-seat restaurant draws inspiration from classic French haute cuisine and the culinary upbringing of Chef Tristan Brandt, who has cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and Asia.

The tasting menus at Tambourine Room by Chef Tristan Brandt are designed to delight the guests with surprises and storytelling. The journey starts with an amuse-bouche and continues with an elegant combination of dishes to tantalize all palates. Chef Brandt recommends wine pairing to fully immerse oneself in the unique sensory experience that these menus offer. Therefore, the restaurant is offering wine only to complement the tasting menus.
