TBC Corporation (“TBC”), a leader in the mobility industry and one of North America’s largest marketers of automotive replacement tires through wholesale and franchise operations, today announced the appointment of Ron Harper as Chief Supply Chain Officer. In this role, Harper will oversee the company’s supply chain operations and report directly to TBC Corporation’s President & CEO Don Byrd.
Harper is a senior supply chain and operations executive with more than 26 years of experience leading highly complex, global supply chain operations at multi-billion-dollar companies. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain at PrimeSource Building Products, where he was responsible for supply chain, supply and demand planning, inventory, contract repack operations, service metrics, and analytics. Prior to his role at PrimeSource Building Products, Harper led supply chain and logistics strategy and operations for Sonepar USA, Nordstrom, Samsung SEA and JCPenney Corp.

Harper has a master’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Denver, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Michigan Technological University.
