Terrabank Names Esther Pascual-Diaz to Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Terrabank recently promoted Esther Pascual-Diaz to Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. In her new position, Pascual-Diaz will oversee the bank’s credit policy application and manage loan personnel to ensure the bank’s loan policies and procedures are followed.

“Esther is an invaluable part of our team. Her depth of knowledge and insight regarding governance and credit management are important and contribute to our strategies for growth and success,” says Antonio Uribe, president and CEO of Terrabank.

Pascual-Diaz joined Terrabank in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience in credit governance and management, loan review and business development. Before joining Terrabank, she was executive vice president and chief credit and corporate risk manager at Intercredit Bank N.A. She also served as senior vice president, chief credit officer at Bank of Coral Gables. Pascual-Diaz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Augusta University in Georgia.
