The Elser Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami Readies for Opening

A new luxury property will be coming to Downtown Miami when The Elser Hotel & Residences opens later this fall. The 49-story hotel features 646 rooms, ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites.

“We are thrilled to announce the addition of The Elser Hotel to Downtown Miami,” Yaniv Packin says, Vice President of Operations of The Elser Hotel. “This exciting opening will add a new level of vibrancy and glamour to the destination, offering a luxurious and curated experience for leisure and business travelers visiting South Florida.”

Located at 398 NE Fifth Street, the building’s floor-to-ceiling windows reflect the aquamarine shades of the Atlantic Ocean, with interiors designed by Cotofana Designs using the bustling city and South Florida’s natural landscape as inspiration. Andrew Antonaccio, a fixture of Miami’s art scene, provided the urban art pieces adorning the elevator cab interiors.

The hotel will also feature Café Domino, an open-concept coffee bar serving made-to-order coffee drinks, pastries and breakfast bites in a communal setting. A new restaurant concept by the celebrated culinary team at Jaguar Sun will be located just off the lobby.

Guests can enjoy a two-story 10,200 square-foot fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Meditation and yoga classes will also be available on the open-air fitness deck. The hotel also features a sauna and a hot tub in front of a mural by Paul Amundarain and offers views of the Skyviews Miami Wheel and Biscayne Park. Select guest rooms have balconies and sophisticated living spaces featuring comfortable seating areas for in-room dining and entertainment, along with plush bedding and wood-grain tile flooring. Each room features a full kitchen with quartz countertops. The bathrooms include custom Italian vanities by Italkraft and glass-enclosed showers.

Reservations will be accepted at The Elser Hotel & Residences starting November 30. The property is a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection and is managed by Highgate, a hospitality investment and management company whose portfolio includes more than 500 properties worldwide.
