“My journey to this moment has grown out of three important personal principles: build upon and learn from past experiences, support your staff and give back to the community. I learned teamwork, resiliency and the importance of remaining focused on your ultimate goal while serving on a Navy submarine and being part of Dennis Connor’s champion U.S.A. America’s Cup Stars and Stripes team. As the CEO of CSI, I’ve witnessed the value of earning loyalty and longevity from staff when you provide them with resources, respect and career opportunities. We have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry among our almost 2,500 employees and the average tenure of my management team is nearly 20 years. Throughout my career journey, giving back to my community has been an important pillar. In South Florida, I’ve had the unique pleasure of supporting numerous organizations, ranging from the Boca Ballet to NSU.”
