2022 Apogee Awards Honoree: Heath Eskalyo

Heath Eskalyo serves as a Principal Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Kelley Kronenberg. Eskalyo plays a major role in business development efforts and the continued expansion of the firm’s practice areas and services. He has been instrumental in its growth to a national presence. Supervising the firm’s financial and risk management operations and, with other firm leadership, he leads the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, as well as an ongoing growth plan. He oversees firm budgets and expenditures, especially as they relate to expansion efforts and marketing initiatives. Working with firm leaders, Heath helped design, create and implement business development initiatives such as an Attorney Origination and Cross Marketing Policy, Business and Practice Development Training Program, and an entrepreneurial firm culture that supports client service and professional development. He was the brainchild behind the Kelley Kronenberg Akademy, created to provide ongoing personal and professional training for partners who lead business units.
