Raymond Saller is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer with a demonstrated history of working in various industries. His primary responsibilities at Daszkal Bolton include the strategic development, recruitment and retention of the firm’s professionals. Saller also manages the firm’s employee benefits and compensation models, ongoing employee engagement initiatives, and the firm’s policies and procedures for all matters related to human capital. He has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Before joining Daszkal Bolton, he oversaw human resources in Florida for a national public accounting firm for eight years. Other professional experiences include a series of progressive roles in human resources with one of the nation’s largest providers of private security services. Additionally, Saller has experience with integrating corporate cultures through merger and acquisition activity, targeted recruitment at experienced and executive levels, development of a performance evaluation process, and various employee relation initiatives.
