At an early age, Junior Peña combined his love for math and helping others into a tutoring business. This passion eventually led to his first job at Clutch Prep, where he was able to help more people through group tutoring. After three years at Clutch Prep, Pena launched his career at City National Bank of Florida (CNB) as a Jr Analyst. In 2021, Pena joined PropertyForce as Director of Business Intelligence and focuses on process improvement via data to enable the team to make strategic decisions for growth. Since joining PropertyForce, he implemented Qlik(r), an innovative data system that has driven engagement and optimized marketing operations by aggregating all department data to a single, centralized dashboard. Early last year, Peña co-founded 305ycle, a Miami cycling and fundraising group that raises money quarterly for local nonprofit organizations. In July 2022, the group rode more than 170 miles from Brickell to Key West to raise more than $60,000 for the Florida Heart Research Foundation.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT THIS YEAR?
Maintaining a good balance between professional and personal goals is Pena’s most significant
accomplishment. His commitment to cycling and investing in himself has allowed him to tackle
the tasks with a clear mind this year.
