Jewish Family Home Care in Plantation Receives Three Distinguished Honors

Jewish Family Home Care (JFHC) has recently received three Best of Home Care Awards for 2024 from HCP, a leading firm in experience management for post-acute care. The awards include the Leader in Experience, Provider of Choice, and Employer of Choice awards. JFHC received the Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice Awards from HCP in 2023.

The Leader in Experience Award, the most prestigious award presented by HCP, is bestowed upon chosen home care enterprises that consistently rank among the top performers in 10 or more quality metrics. As a result of being a Leader in Experience, Jewish Family Home Care is currently acknowledged as among the top 10% of home care providers participating in the HCP Experience Management Program in the U.S.

The achievement of JFHC in receiving an award for their excellent care and quality improvement demonstrates their long-term dedication to providing exceptional services. To be eligible for this award, HCP interviewed 10% of JFHC’s clients and caregivers every month for a year. JFHC received high satisfaction ratings from clients and caregivers in various areas, such as caregiver training, communication, scheduling, and client/caregiver compatibility. JFHC utilized feedback from clients and employees and quality benchmarks from HCP to establish goals and achieve the highest experience level possible. JFHC’s score placed them in the country’s top 15% of providers.

The Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice Awards are given to the home care providers who rank highest in client and employee satisfaction, as determined by HCP’s assessments. JFHC has now joined the exclusive group of home care providers from around the country who have demonstrated their ability to offer their employees an exceptional working experience while providing their clients with the highest quality care. HCP has been contracted by Best of Home Care providers to conduct monthly live phone interviews with their clients and caregivers to obtain unbiased feedback. Being an independent company, HCP can ensure the feedback collected is honest and impartial.

JFHC is a leading provider of non-medical home care for seniors in Broward County, Florida. They offer their services to individuals from all walks of life and faith.
