Jason Boren will join Holy Cross Health as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective July 6. He brings more than 15 years of progressive health care and team leadership experience, as well as a strong track record of operational excellence and strategic growth.
Throughout his career with HCA Healthcare, Boren consistently demonstrated his ability to drive performance improvements, enhance patient experience and lead complex initiatives that positioned the organization for long-term success.

Most recently, Boren served as COO of HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, where he played a pivotal role in advancing physician engagement, expanding surgical services and leading significant capital initiatives including major facility upgrades and the development of an expansion project to increase access and capacity. Previously, he served as COO at Ogden Regional Medical Center and Lakeview Hospital in Utah, where he led measurable improvements in emergency department throughput, patient experience and operational efficiency while also securing funding for key clinical and infrastructure enhancements.
Boren holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
