ANF, a trusted full-service construction and development firm, was recognized with multiple Build Florida Award by the South Florida Associated General Contractors (AGC), including a Best in State award for the Big Cypress Senior Center & Preschool for the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF), located on the Big Cypress Indian Reservation in Clewiston, Florida.
Among the 16 award categories, the Big Cypress Senior Center & Preschool was recognized as Best in State in the Design-Build category. Several other ANF projects were also recognized, including Parks at Delray, University Station, Southpointe Vista, and South Pointe Mixed-Use.

Located on Josie Billie Highway, the Big Cypress Senior Center spans approximately 21,000 square feet and includes a cafeteria/flex area, commercial kitchen, game room, pottery lab, fitness room, showers, and administrative offices. The facility is also designed to serve as an event space and hurricane shelter and is equipped with a full-building generator. Adjacent to the senior center, the 34,700-square-foot Big Cypress Preschool includes classrooms, a kitchen, cafeteria, administrative space, and an open-air playground.

The South Florida AGC’s Build Florida Awards honor member firms responsible for constructing some of the state’s most outstanding projects.
