Lennox Hotels has invested more than $100 million to renovate the art deco-era Peter Miller Hotel along Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. A 12-foot-long pool area has been built at the center of four interconnected buildings. When the Lennox Hotel Miami Beach opens this summer, it will feature 119 contemporary guestrooms, including 13 with balconies.
