There’s another luxury development on the horizon. And the excitement is palpable.
Group P6 recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Royal Palm Residences, a luxury residential project in downtown Boca Raton. Located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and East Royal Palm Road, the project is designed by Boca-based firm RLC Architects.
“We could not be more excited about this project, there is nothing else like it in Boca,” said Ignacio Diaz, managing partner at Group P6. “Our goal was to break ground before the end of the year, but as we all know 2020 was a difficult time, so we are grateful that everything came together, and we can’t wait to get construction started.”
The project is more than 40% sold and is set to be delivered in 2022, creating buzz for future and potential residents. The three to five-bedroom residences range from 2,425 to 7,168 square feet. The real draw is the views: residences will have 270 degrees of natural light. Other amenities include dual-entry private elevator access directly into the unit, European kitchens & top of the line appliances, including Wolf gas barbecues built into large outdoor terraces. The project’s wellness plaza will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, boutique pool with a heated spa and a club room with European kitchen and bar for entertaining. Remaining residences starting at $1.9 million.
Suffolk Construction will be the project’s general contractor while One Sotheby’s International Realty is exclusively handling sales and marketing.
“We partnered with Suffolk because of their recent work in extremely high-end condominiums and attending to the needs of those buyers, such as The Bristol, in Palm Beach,” said Diaz. “In addition to beautiful construction, we believe they have the best warranty department and post-construction service of the contractors working in our region.”
