Greenspoon Marder recently launched its Miami-based Innovation & Technology practice group led by partner Eric Galen (pictured). Greenspoon Marder’s Innovation & Technology practice group will cater to entrepreneurs, creators and investors to help them build, fund, protect, and monetize tomorrow’s businesses.

Galen brings more than 20 years of business, technology and entertainment law and deal-making experience to Greenspoon Marder LLP. As a partner, Galen uses his corporate, technology and entertainment law background to advise clients. He is also a member of the firm’s Sports & Entertainment and Corporate & Business practice groups. As an early-stage investor, Galen has mentored founders at Techstars, Wearable World and Orange Fab. He has also been a featured speaker and advisor for several events and publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Digital Hollywood, Institutional Investor Magazine, LA Times, Inc. Magazine, Daily Journal, LA Weekly, Business Rockstars, UCLA School of Business, USC, Miami Music Festival, and ASCAP Expo.
