Michelin-starred Cote Korean Steakhouse, which made a big splash in Miami this year, has launched the new Cote Wine ClubThe monthly subscription is curated by director of beverage Victoria James and master sommelier Mia Van de Water, of both Cote locations—Miami and New York—in partnership with Convive Wine & Spirits. The subscription includes delivery of three hand-selected bottles, including a mix of red, white, sparkling, rosé and beyond, with a focus on farmers and producers who are committed to organic, biodynamic, sustainable or la lutte raisonnée practices; priority access to Cote Wine Club events and tastings (in-person & virtual); a membership card for 10% off bottles at Cote and Convive; and monthly Zoom happy hours to get the inside scoop on what’s new in the wine world.
