Bentley Residences Miami to Feature Innovative Vehicle Lift Amenity

When Bentley Residences Miami opens to residents in 2026, it will feature a unique amenity beyond offering each unit a three or four-car garage with space for Electric Vehicle charging points. The first ever Bentley-branded residences, which will span 61 floors, will feature an innovative ‘Dezervator’ lift, named after the development partner Dezer Development. The lift can transport cars and passengers from the road to the apartment in one move, creating an unparalleled lifestyle for its customers. A hydraulic system that pinches the car by its tires to pull it on top of a robotic shuttle system transports the vehicle up or down to the correct floor. The elevator shaft will be enclosed by glass to provide a full panoramic view of the communal areas of the building.

Bentley Motors and Dezer Development announced their partnership in 2021, with the sales gallery opening in Sunny Isles Beach earlier this year.

The property can now be toured in virtual reality, with each communal space and luxurious apartments built in Unreal Engine—a gaming platform providing advanced real-time 3D creation. Visitors to the Bentley Residences, including friends and family of the residents, will be able to use the additional parking facilities beneath the building. Unit prices start at $4.2 million.
