Designed under BMW’s RETAIL.NEXT framework, the upgraded facility blends immersive design, personalized service, and sustainability—setting a new benchmark for automotive experience in Miami. 

“This transformation isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about rethinking how we engage with our clients,” says Alex Shack, Chief Operation Officer at Braman Automotive. “We set out to create a space that reflects the level of service we’re known for: thoughtful, seamless, and customer-focused. From the layout to the materials, every decision was made to support a more elevated and intuitive experience.”

BMW’s RETAIL.NEXT redefines the dealership model through open, modular environments, lifestyle-focused design, and seamless digital integration. It reflects evolving customer preferences, shifting from transactional spaces to emotionally engaging environments tailored to the modern luxury consumer. 

At Braman Motors, this vision materializes through curated vehicle showcases, lounge-style consultation areas, and high-touch service moments that eliminate the formality of traditional sales desks. Guests are encouraged to explore at their own pace, supported by integrated technology, digital tools, and hospitality-driven details throughout. 

Distinct zones bring this vision to life: the M Car performance area immerses visitors in the world of BMW M with rich audio-visual elements, while private handover lounges create a sense of occasion for every new vehicle delivery. The result is a space designed not just to sell, but to inspire connection and community around BMW and MINI. 

A Curated Journey from Entry to Delivery 

Braman’s redesigned showroom integrates both brands under one fluid roof while maintaining their distinct identities. Using BMW’s Kit of Parts—an adaptive system of customer engagement zones—the space is organized to guide guests naturally through key moments of the retail journey: A Concierge Reception welcomes guests with a lifestyle display and open sightlines to the Highlight Vehicle Stage, the architectural focal point of the showroom. A refreshment bar and lounge offers a boutique hospitality experience with barista-style coffee and curated BMW/MINI lifestyle goods. Sales lounges eliminate desks in favor of soft seating, digital media displays, and privacy partitions—encouraging relaxed, personalized conversations. The M Car Display is a dedicated section of the showroom designed exclusively for BMW’s high-performance M lineup, capturing the spirit of motorsport engineering with dark, dramatic finishes, illuminated M branding, and integrated audiovisual elements. And the New Vehicle Delivery provides a refined handoff experience, complete with dynamic lighting, glass doors, and lounge-style seating. 

A Design That Moves 

Architecturally, the showroom is unified by continuous ceiling and flooring treatments that create calm and cohesion. Pendant lighting and modular furnishings provide flexibility for rotating displays and future brand activations, while warm neutral palettes keep the space elevated yet approachable. 

Behind the scenes, the space has also been restructured to improve efficiency. Finance offices, service advisor stations, and retail parts counters are strategically placed for intuitive navigation, enhancing comfort and speed at every step. 

Designed for a Sustainable Future 

The transformation also reflects Braman’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, aligning with BMW’s global environmental goals through: 

  • Low-emissivity, floor-to-ceiling glazing for natural light and energy efficiency 
  • Cool roofing materials and solar shading to reduce heat absorption 
  • Rainwater drainage systems and on-site irrigation 
  • Smart LED lighting and low-consumption fixtures, targeting water usage below 250 l/m² annually
