Maaji to Release “The House of Jaguar” Collection During Miami Swim Week

Maaji, established in 2003 by two Colombian sisters, Manuela and Amalia Sierra, has always focused on creating a positive impact through good deeds.

Maaji’s 20th-anniversary celebration will coincide with the official launch of its Spring Summer “The House of Jaguar” collection during Miami Swim Week® The Shows at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 9 at SLS South Beach, 1701 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach.

Maaji is celebrating 20 years of bringing Maajic to its customers by spreading the joy of an endless summer lifestyle. As part of the celebration, the brand is presenting its Spring Summer “The House of Jaguar” Collection inspired by the mystical territory of the jaguar. The newest collection is designed to reflect the nature of the Jaguar Corridor, where jaguars can pass safely and unharmed in the Americas. Maaji is also thrilled to announce its partnership with Guardians of El Chiribiquete, a nonprofit organization that works to secure the safety of this priceless ecological zone.

Maaji’s latest collection is bursting with vibrant solid colors such as radiant pink, mustard, ink black, scarlet red, fair aqua, and blue. The shimmery fabrics and innovative embroidery techniques add a unique texture to the pieces. The collection boasts over 30 new prints featuring animal, flower, lush palms, ombre, and tropical motifs. The versatile swimwear pieces include monogram patterns, 80’s inspired silhouettes, one-piece with cutout details, mesh-hits-swim trends, and plenty of beaded and embroidery details that can easily transition from day to night. In the efforts to become a fully sustainable brand, Maaji’s entire collection is made with 85% fabrics from recycled fibers and all swimwear pieces are reversible with lots of mix-and-match possibilities.

“Our beachwear proposal is made of must-have statement pieces, from easy-to-style cabana sets to mesh dresses, tie-dye, and sunset-shade pieces,” says the Maaji Team

The Maaji show is sponsored this year by Greystone Hotel Miami Beach. RSVP at maajipress@taraink.com
