Chef and Bestselling Author Lenore Nolan Ryan CoAuthors Book on Life and Business

Ryan coauthored the book with Jack Canfield and other leading professionals.

Lenore Nolan Ryan, who owns the Lenore Nolan-Ryan Cooking School & Catering company in Fort Lauderdale, was thrilled to have been selected by her close friend, Jack Canfield, to collaborate with other esteemed experts and contribute to the groundbreaking book, The Keys to Authenticity. In Chapter 6, titled Like Peanut Butter and Jelly, she divulges her personal strategies, insights, principles and anecdotes that have fueled and guided her on a life-changing path toward authenticity, fulfillment and purpose.

Ryan’s passion lies in food. It is her language and key to authenticity as she builds a purposeful personal and professional life. In her chapter Like Peanut Butter and Jelly, Ryan reflects on the many years it has taken her to understand the importance of staying true to oneself. She acknowledges the life lessons, heartbreaks, thrills, disappointments, spills, successes, challenges, over-cooked and under-seasoned moments that have shaped her. She has learned to start with herself, her reality, and what pleases her. Leading with love, she sees food as her ministry, encouraging others to find their own passion.

An excerpt from her chapter:

“… It has taken me many years, and it’s not over yet, with life lessons, heartbreaks, thrills, disappointments, spills, successes, challenges, over-cooked and under-seasoned to understand what keeping it authentic and real truly meant. I have learned to start here, where it all begins, within me, my reality, what pleases me, what is in my own heart. To lead with love. My love is food. Food is my ministry. I encourage you to find yours.”
