A Modern Dining Ambiance With a View Greets Visitors at Universal Orlando Resort’s Aventura Hotel’s Bar 17 Bistro

The venue is a great place to visit when enjoy the local theme parks.

If you are traveling to Orlando and are looking for something unique when it comes to taking a break from a day at the theme parks, I have just the place for you to visit. And not only does it seem like a perfect place to stay if you decide to explore a different type of property from the Loews Hotel’s family of exclusive and casual resort options, but my experience with dining at the hotel’s expansive rooftop at the Universal Orlando Resort was one to remember.

This is why I’m recommending you stop and come by Universal Aventura Hotel. Not only is it walking distance from hotels such as the Cabana Bay Resort, which I had the opportunity to experience recently, but it’s a place where culinary creativity reigns.

The Universal Aventura Resort looks like a true gem, a very modern and sleek hotel, shock full of hip décor that resonates with today’s current environment. Once inside the lobby, we were eager to explore the rooftop bar and restaurant and felt like it was certainly going to be a magical experience.

Once we headed upstairs to Bar 17 Bistro, we were greeted by a gorgeous and aerial view of Orlando’s skyline. And a place where hip and hand-crafted cocktails are offered, as well as delightful tapas to share.

Let’s begin by how quick we were to take in and explore the views. The rooftop is surrounded by clear windows, and you can easily spot Universal Orlando Resort theme parks such as the highly recommended and seemingly exciting Volcano Bay from the top. The water park seemed like something that the adventurous would enjoy, those who seek a thrill when it comes to the water park experience.

While there, we recommend coming by to enjoy a beautiful Central Florida sunset. It pairs perfectly with the plush seating, the buzzing energy of those in attendance, and the chance of taking in a gorgeous and natural view with a cocktail of your choice.

Speaking of cocktails, Bar 17 Bistro offers all sorts of beverages for every taste. From wines, to refreshing beers and cocktails, everyone in attendance will feel at home with their personal taste and selection. We recommend even requesting a classic, such as a Cosmopolitan and an Old-Fashioned, for the expert mixologists are there to make sure that you enjoy perfectly balanced drinks on the rooftop.

Finally, there is the food selection. Enjoy a light bite to share such as a charcuterie board, filled to the brim with delicious cheeses and meats to share, as well as steamed bao buns. If you are looking for more classic appetizer and food options, you can enjoy juicy burger sliders, plenty of salads and even a kid’s menu for those who want to quickly stop by with the family after a day at the parks.

So, stop by Bar 17 Bistro at Universal’s Aventura Hotel during your travels to Orlando and your visit to Universal Orlando Resort theme parks. It’s a refreshing, relaxing and beautiful way to end the day and enjoy your travels with a smile.
