The first phase of ALINA Residencies Boca Raton luxury condo development is now over 88% sold out with only 14 units left, including four penthouses. Neighboring the Boca Raton Resort and Club golf course, ALINA Residences offers condo buildings with resort-style amenities featuring luxurious interior design and architecture.Â
Phase one consists of a nine-story, 121 unit condo building called Alina 200, which was completed earlier this year. Phase two encompasses two nine-story buildings with 182 luxury units called Alina 210 and Alina 220. Preconstruction sales recently launched for the second and final phase of the development, which offers private residences, penthouses and villas ranging from under 1,400 to over 4,800 square feet.
The ALINA Residencies project offers units ranging from $1 million to $3.5 million and recently won the Project of the Year Award at the 2021 Craftsmanship Awards held by the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF).
