Bill Feinberg is president and co-owner of Allied Kitchen and Bath, established in 1984 with his brother Joe in Fort Lauderdale. Coming from Philadelphia, Bill had a vision for the design and remodeling business and carried it through all his endeavors, reshaping the South Florida design community for the past 35 years.

What do you like to do on the weekends? On the weekends, I like to spend time with my family, trying out new gourmet recipes in the kitchen, biking, going to the beach and chilling out.
How do you unwind from a long day at work? 7 p.m. starts a new part of my day. I make time for a delicious home-cooked dinner, call my kids, and spending quality time with Bibi at home.
Favorite quote? “Tell me and I forget; teach me and I may remember; involve me and I learn.”
From whom or what do you draw inspiration? Great leaders within our community who continuously give back.
Biggest accomplishment of your career? My biggest accomplishment is all the fundraising events my team and I have hosted at the showroom. Over the past 35 years, we have raised millions of dollars for many local and national charities.
Most challenging moment in your career and how did you overcome it? Embarking on the new build of our state-of-the-art showroom on Oakland Park Boulevard was very challenging. The groundbreaking was at the start of the great recession in 2008, and through it all, we made it our priority to keep everyone employed.
What advice would you give an up and coming professional? Pay it forward! Your reputation is everything. Get involved in your local community, your chamber of commerce, sit on philanthropic boards, choose a non-profit that inspires you, attend local networking events, give back, work hard and play hard.
