Carlos Castresana is a professional in the healthcare industry who has developed architecture industry standards, norms, health and welfare trends, as well as cutting-edge developments and initiatives. A graduate of Wharton School of Business, having spent multiple years on Wall Street with Saloman Brothers, he also spent many years at Wells Fargo as the Practice Leader for Employee Benefits and is currently a member of The New York Bar and holds his license as a Certified Financial Planner. Castresana is currently a Senior Healthcare Benefits Consultant at USI, specializing in integrating self-insurance into fully insured clients. Castresana is the past board chair for the American Heart Association and has been involved in the organization for the past 15 years.
