Boca Raton luxury condos celebrates groundbreaking

Groundbreakings are perhaps the most exciting part of a new construction project. Especially when it’s for a new development that’s already 80% sold.

Key International and Integra Investments (both based in Miami) recently announced the groundbreaking of Boca Beach House Luxury Residences & Marina an intimate oasis of just 32 luxury condo residences on one of the last developable waterfront sites in east Boca Raton, which has secured $42.6 million in construction financing from Bank OZK.

The milestone was celebrated with an intimate ceremony at the 3.2-acre property, while overlooking the serene Lake Boca Raton. In addition to the development teams, the event was joined by the project’s general contractor Craft Construction, city officials, including Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, city council members Monica Mayotte and Yvette Drucker, and other community leaders.

Slated for completion in Q3 2022, the four-story retreat offers the calmness of its waterfront setting and the privacy of its exclusive nature, paired with white-glove concierge services, a private 18-slip marina and more. Remaining residences range from two- to four-bedrooms, each boasting a flow-through floorplan and 10-foot ceilings, spanning in size from 3,855 to 5,041 square feet, with semi-private elevator access and expansive outdoor spaces.

“Boca Beach House is a unique project in the market, and we are looking forward to initiating construction,” said Key International Co-President Inigo Ardid. “We have partnered with the best and brightest in architecture, interior and landscape design, to provide a five-star living experience as many people evaluate relocating to South Florida and their essential needs in a luxury home.”

Architectural design is by Sieger Suárez Architects, with contemporary beach-inspired interiors by Linda Ruderman Interiors. A variety of deluxe finishes are available for the open concept, gourmet kitchens and include Italian cabinetry by MiaCucina and Gaggenau appliances. The grounds will feature lush, tropical landscape design by award-winning Raymond Jungles, incorporating a unique variety of plants.

Located at 725 S. Ocean Blvd., Boca Beach House is nearly 80-percent sold after launching sales in May 2019. Nearly half of the condo buyers are from out of state, such as Michigan, New York, and Chicago, some of which are upgrading from existing vacation homes in the market. Besides enjoying the Boca Beach House amenities, new residents will also receive a membership opportunity to nearby Boca Raton Resort & Club, which is undergoing a $150 million renovation.

Key International Sales, led by CEO Liliana Paez, is the exclusive brokerage of record for Boca Beach House. Remaining residences start at $3 million. For information, click here or call (561) 453–1400.
