Vigil is planned for Wednesday

“We are deeply troubled by the terrorism and the loss of lives that has been occurring in Israel,” says Kathleen Cannon, President/CEO of United Way of Broward County. “These horrific acts of brutality and violence targeting the Israeli people are shocking and unconscionable, and United Way of Broward County completely supports our Jewish community. As all of us grapple with these appalling events, please know that we are united with you in solidarity. The Jewish Federation of Broward County has planned a vigil for Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Temple Beth Emet Social Hall in Cooper City, which we encourage all to attend.
