Business Executives Invited to Register for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County’s Executive Build Event

The occasion will help a local family build a home.

Registration is available for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County’s (HFHGPBC) Executive Build (formerly CEO Build). The Executive Build is an annual event focused on fundraising and home-building. It brings together executives and leaders to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity and assist local families in achieving affordable homeownership. This year’s event is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 27, in Lake Worth Beach.

This year’s event is co-chaired by Robyn Raphael-Dynan, the President of RCC Associates, the leading general contractor firm in South Florida. Adam Handfinger, the co-managing Partner of Peckar and Abramson’s Miami office, chair of the Client Service Committee and member of Peckar and Abramson’s Executive Committee, is also co-chairing the event. He holds a certification from the Florida Bar as a Construction Law Specialist. Participants are encouraged to showcase their leadership by assisting in constructing affordable homes alongside Habitat families.

Executive Build has a profound and enduring effect on the community while also providing executives with a one-of-a-kind chance to connect with others, participate in practical volunteering, and boost their businesses’ brand visibility.

“Executive Build offers a unique platform for business executives and community leaders to take an active role in addressing the affordable housing crisis in our community,” Jennifer Thomason says, CEO and president of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County. “By working alongside Habitat families, participants can make a tangible impact and help create lasting change together. Join us on Friday, September 27 to be a part of this vital effort.”

As an Executive Builder, individuals are requested to commit to a minimum contribution of $3,500 (which can be fundraised and/or donated), register for a half-day shift and assist in building affordable homes while developing new friendships and business connections. No prior construction experience is required to take part. Corporate Sponsorships start at $5,000.
