CityPlace gets chic

The Related Cos., a New York-based developer, broke ground on phase one of its reimagination plans for CityPlace, the 72-acre mixed-use project located in West Palm Beach. The phase includes streetscape improvements, covered seating areas, updated lighting, improved traffic flow, and better pathways for pedestrian and bicyclists. (Shown is a concept for Rosemary Avenue.) Related and Gehl Architects expect the improvements to be followed by new restaurants, shops, entertainment and a variety of residential, hotel and office accommodations.
