Cresa continued its expansion in South Florida by opening its newest office at 6111 Broken Sound Parkway NW in central Boca Raton. The new office encompasses approximately 2,000 square feet of office space to enhance the firm’s presence across South Florida. Bob Schneiderman, Managing Principal (previously the Executive Managing Director of Colliers), will head up the office and plans to hire additional advisors and team members to expand the office.
