The Palm Beaches recently created a pop-up exhibit at Grand Central Terminal in New York City to highlight Palm Beach County as a premier travel destination. The event featured a life-sized vintage jet plane that showcased daily non-stop flights from the tri-state area and Palm Beaches’ luxurious resorts.
Commuters using Grand Central Terminal could step aboard the vintage jet plane at the Vanderbilt Hall entrance off East 42nd Street and Park Avenue, take a photo for social media, and learn more about the alluring appeal the Palm Beaches provides northern travelers. A social media sharing contest awarded four winners a pair of roundtrip tickets to The Palm Beaches each event day. Passerbys were encouraged to snap a picture, share on Instagram, and tag @palmbeachesfl for a chance to win.
