Global Champions Arabians Tour Debuts Americas Circuit With Exclusive Miami Beach Event

The tour will also be making a stop in the Magic City.

The Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT) recently kicked off its highly anticipated Americas circuit with a spectacular event at the New World Center in Miami Beach. Attended by Arabian horse enthusiasts, industry leaders, media and prominent personalities, the launch celebrates an exciting milestone as the tour expands into new horizons. With an impressive $2.675 million in total prize money, the GCAT Americas establishes the Global Champions Arabians Tour as the premier circuit in the Arabian horse world. The 2025 season will debut across five iconic locations, including South Florida:

  • Scottsdale, Arizona – 18-20 February 2025
  • Miami Beach, Florida – 25-27 April 2025
  • São Paulo, Brazil – 13-14 July 2025
  • Brandon, Manitoba, Canada – 8-9 August 2025
  • Las Vegas, Nevada, – 27-29 August 2025 (Final)

Maintaining the same innovative and fair judging system used in the Middle East and Europe, the GCAT Americas will uphold the core values of fairness and integrity. At each stage of the Tour, horses will be evaluated by a randomly selected panel of judges before the start of each qualifying class and championship. The horses will be assessed on five key criteria—type, head & neck, body, legs, and movement—with a maximum of 20 points awarded for each.

At each stage of the Tour, the top 10 females, males, and handlers in each of the six championships will earn points toward the overall ranking. At the final stage in Las Vegas, the titles of Best Female, Best Male, Best Handler, and Horse of the Tour will be awarded.

In addition to the overall rankings, the gold, silver, and bronze champions from each of the six championships at every stage will be invited to compete in the newly announced World Arabian Horse Championship Supreme, scheduled for next December in Doha, Qatar. This thrilling new event will bring together champions from four continents to compete for the prestigious Supreme World Champion title and a share of the €4,000,000 prize pool.

“The launch of the Americas circuit represents a bold step forward for GCAT. It’s a testament to the growing global appreciation for Arabian horses and their unique qualities,” says Faleh Al Nasr, Chairman of the Global Champions Arabians Tour. “We are thrilled to bring this celebration of excellence to the Americas and build lasting connections across continents.”
