Residents are moving into the 60-story Paramount Miami Worldcenter, which is the centerpiece of the 7-acre mixed-use development, Miami Worldcenter. One of Paramount’s claims to fame is a 4-acre amenity deck 90 feet above street level. There, residents can find an oversized swimming pool (one of five on the property), floating relaxation pods, a dog walk, jogging path and a 200-foot soccer pitch. Not enough? There’s a boxing gym, jam room and a skyport for flying cars in the future. Options include $350,000 bungalows on the amenity deck (available only to owners of regular units) and a $10.04 million penthouse.
