Lambent Staffing Firm Expands to Palm Beach County

Lambent, a niche staffing firm with offices in New York, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and London, is expanding its professional support services to Palm Beach County with assistants available to help with household, personal and professional needs. Lambent CEO Jill Glist (pictured), who has a home in Palm Beach, says she’s excited about expanding Lambent’s professional support services to South Florida.

“I created Lambent in 2006 when I realized how much my life was improved by working with my own part-time assistants,” she says. “Lambent means ‘of light or fire,’ glowing, gleaming, or flickering with a soft radiance. Our goal is to improve – and brighten – our clients’ lives.”

All assistants from Lambent are well-vetted and highly educated, with most having college degrees.

“Our clients include celebrities, socialites, top executives, high-profile individuals – even royalty,” Glist says. “But we also assist busy families and anyone who could benefit from a little or a lot of extra help.”

Assistants do everything from running errands, managing household affairs, making travel arrangements, managing projects, wrapping presents, making appointments – you name it. Our services are as diverse as our clients.”

In addition to flexible, affordable hourly service, Lambent provides direct hire assistance with custom-tailored recruiting to help clients secure their ideal candidates for any home or office position. Lambent also handles corporate temporary and long-term staffing, matching candidates to each client’s needs and office culture.

“When you have an assistant, you gain control of your time and your life,” Glist says. “You’re free to spend your time doing what you want to do, instead of what you have to do. And that’s our goal – to give our clients optimal support so they can live their best lives.”
