Lots for Sale at Yacht Haven RV Resort in Fort Lauderdale

The luxury waterfront RV park taps IRE Investment to market and sell the property.

Yacht Haven Park & Marina now offers some of its prime rental resort lots for sale due to the high demand for luxury RV real estate. The valuable real estate will be marketed and sold by IRE Investment, a renowned resource for mobile home parks, manufactured housing communities and RV resort sales.

“After being opened for nearly a year now, we have received a tremendous amount of inquiries from guests about potentially owning a piece of RV paradise,” Gary Cioffi says, Managing Sponsor of Yacht Haven. “So we have decided to offer a small number of select lots up for sale.”

Waterfront lots are available for purchase starting at $729,000. Owners of these lots have the added benefit of renting them out while they are away, with nightly rates starting at $155.

“This is prime waterfront land in a prime South Florida location, and we are giving our guests an opportunity to own it with us,” Cioffi says. “It allows RV guests predictability and provides sustainability for the long-term, something that is important to RV owners nationally and internationally.”

Yacht Haven also offers custom-designed park models, which are small homes that can be hooked up to a vehicle and towed. This enables buyers who do not own a motorcoach to have a vacation home and the ability to rent it when they are not there for additional income.

The resort’s luxury amenities include a heated pool with a tiki hut, children’s play area, dog park, four climate-controlled shower facilities, climate-controlled laundry facility, gym, kayak, paddleboard and pontoon boat rentals, plus boat charters on a 55’ SeaRay Sundancer. Plans include a state-of-the-art welcome center with a gated entry, a 2-story state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a business center, indoor and outdoor dining, bar, rooftop lounge and new pool with hot tub and sundecks.

Located minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, on the South Fork of the New River, Yacht Haven is ideally positioned near downtown Fort Lauderdale and countless dining and entertainment options.

Yacht Haven was recently awarded a 10/10/10 rating from Good Sam, the world’s largest organization of RV and outdoor enthusiasts. Less than 1% of campgrounds receive the coveted rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance.
