Marker Construction Group Launches Marker Estate Management

As its construction business expands, Marker Construction Group recently launched a new division, Marker Estate Management, to provide high-end luxury estate management for homes in South Florida.

“Our team looks at luxury estate management from a different lens than others,” Grey Marker II says, co-president of Marker Construction Group and Marker Estate Management (main photo). “Leveraging more than 20 years of successful high-end residential construction work, we learn clients’ specific estate management needs and facilitate a pleasurable home ownership experience.”

Marker Estate Management offers highly trained, licensed and insured professionals with more than two decades of industry expertise to provide a unique insight into luxury estate management. Its services include creating and overseeing a full maintenance schedule, property inspections, full concierge, etc.

“A natural evolution and extension of the Marker Construction brand, our luxury estate management services are based on our principle of providing exceptional service consistently,” Peggy Marker says, co-president of Marker Construction Group and Marker Estate Management. “Using a 360-degree hands-on approach, we treat our clients’ homes as if they were our own.”
